The Japanese manufacturers Toyota and Mazda cars announced a long-term collaboration agreement to develop technologies for hybrid vehicles, combining the resources of both companies.

Although the concrete action plan has not yet been set, the Nipponese car manufacturers have predicted strengthen their cooperation with regard to environmental technologies and advanced security features, reported the marks in a joint statement.
