Facebook Messenger is losing ground to WhatsApp.

Use WhatsApp often?
WhatsApp application serving for exchanging messages over the Internet, reached 800 million active users per month. The information was revealed by Jan Koum, founder and CEO of the company, Facebook. “A note to the press: active and registered users is not the same thing,” further added Jan Koum
. WhatsApp is how the messaging app with more active users, surpassing the Facebook Messenger which has only 600 million.
In February 2014, Facebook purchased WhatsApp for 19 billion dollars (the equivalent of the height; € 13.8 billion). This figure more than doubled what Microsoft paid for Skype (8.5 billion dollars).
