São Paulo City Hall will finance technology projects for … – Info Online

The support will be done through the Municipal Development, Labour and Entrepreneurship (SDTE) and its VaiTEC Program (Technology Initiatives Enhancement Program), which is open for registrations. Created in partnership with the São Paulo Development Agency (ADE SAMPA), the initiative will fund the best proposals of products, applications, games, techniques or methodologies that bring benefits to the population.

The projects are separated by the following themes:. Environmental, social, education, health, social economy, sports, culture and urban mobility. Ideas as rainwater reuse, reduce traffic accidents and prevention of childhood obesity are examples of innovative subjects accepted the program.

To participate in the VaiTEC you must have from 14 years of age and reside in São Paulo for at least two years. Each registered person may propose up to five different ideas -. However, it can be awarded only once
