Sony has always invested in the sound side of your devices. Long before the era of smartphones the company had a line of mobile-focused music lovers under the Walkman designer . This name was eventually left a little side by Sony, which is currently held only in the music application company.

Xperia line Z3 could not be different. Sony not only has invested in noise canceling technologies , but also developed a new technology called the company ‘Hi-Res’ .

The novelty is to extend the audio output of the device delivering 96 Khz instead of traditional 44.1 KHz which we are accustomed. With this, the device will add new layers of audio that ensures a richer experience. Of course, this idea is not new nor revolutionary, since will need to have the audio source at maximum quality required to take advantage , which face it, is hard to find nowadays.

But the Z3 line has dedicated hardware that uses technology DSEE HX which converts a traditional audio on the new frequency, thus exploiting the benefits of have a fuller sound. To take advantage of this you must have a handset capable of playing these new frequencies like model MDR-NC31EM Sony toast that comes with the smartphone in some markets.

Xperia Z3 and Z3 Compact will be launched this month, and if they come with the headphone MDR-NC31EM, then we listen to music at 24 bit 96 KHz with great fidelity, clarity and detail . What is great for music lovers and fans of the Sony Walkman line.
