Eight major topics will be discussed along the SNCT 2014: food security and nutrition, technology, biodiversity, information and communications, renewable energy, centers and museums, dissemination and popularization of science and technology vocational technology centers.
Adventure by the human body is the name of the exhibition that the Fundação Oswaldo Cruz (Fiocruz) brings this year for the 11th National Week of Science and Technology. The booth Fiocruz has the format of Moorish Castle, which houses the presidency of the institution, in Rio de Janeiro, and was built in 1905 by Portuguese architect Luiz de Moraes Júnior. Besides the exhibition, Fiocruz will also feature a theater scene called Sinistra Conference, which promotes unusual meeting between yellow fever, smallpox and bubonic plague.
