Portuguese technology will help manage innovation in Silicon Valley – TeK.sapo

Spin-off of Xerox PARC does experimental research in many different areas, from the technological heart of California since the 70s was the PARQ that Apple was looking for “her” mouse were also born and where the Ethernet, laser printing and ubiquitous computing that inspires the use of mobile devices, and other technologies.

The idea is that technology serves to connect employees and add your creativity and collective intelligence, to choose ideas that can change the way we live and work more quickly and efficiently.
 

The platform Exago acts as a marketplace of ideas, explained Pedro da Cunha, CEO of the company in a statement to TeK. “Any employee can respond to challenges launched, share your proposal, review, improve and invest in the ideas of others.”
 

The solution is used by several customers for several years, but now is being customized to meet the specific objectives of the PARC, the added responsibility. Will be fully operational by year’s end.
 

A Portuguese company will be the one to provide technology for this project for the research center PARC. The agreement between the two organizations has a “contracted limit that automatically renews.”
