In the space of a Live Experience of the SAP Innovation Forum, Pepper – who hours before had gone up to the main stage, during the intervention of Carlos Lacerda, for greet assistance – greeted the customers in a candy store and it was them questions. Through the answers, he recommended the products that most match your preferences.

Pepper “Bull Eyes” is based on the latest generation of SAP software, namely an e-commerce platform, applications, customer interaction, and analytical solutions developed by team of SAP Hybris.

The intention is that it be used for companies to relate in an innovative way with your customers, applying to various other industries besides retail, such as hospitality and the public sector.

A little more to the side of the Pepper, there was also a space of shopping, but here the solution is addressed to the managers of the store. By incorporating a number of solutions from SAP, the Live Retail Experience is intended to be a support tool in the daily activity of this professional. Consists, above all, a way of connecting the physical world within a store with its corresponding digital world and, thus, to ensure a shopping experience that is consistent to the client.

Through it, the manager can "see" the activity inside the store in the perspective of the retailer, through a set of analytics that detail the real-time information, the second vectors as diverse as the analysis of promotions or movements in the store (heatmapping), crossed with other dimensions, such as productivity and retention.

The navigation through the various areas gives you access to more detailed information, as well as allowing decision-making, in particular to launch a promotion for a certain category, whose sales are below plan, for example.

In the space Live Experience also had a football stadium, but with the power of real-time computation of SAP HANA combined with the Internet of Things.

The intention is that the solution Live Stadium simplify the various operations, and transform the real-time information in a unique experience, customized and integrated. Is constituted by the multiple stages of a game, from the preparation of the stadium, to drive fans to the stadium, the end of the game and the abandonment of the stadium.
