       The wine is obtained through an ancient and complex process, but today the cultivation, harvest, maceration, fermentation and guard are steps that have technological support that combines the experience and tradition of producing houses. Portugal gives letters in the sector and the proof is in the fact that, repeatedly, to be winner of international competitions. To this end, it has contributed to science, particularly in technology, which should make us smile, as they are known the benefits that moderate consumption of wine on human health. Wine consumption is now fashionable, particularly among females, well away from the time of the taverns, without charm or distinction.
