The US computer Dell will buy EMC data storage company, for about 67 billion dollars, creating the world leader in the technology sector. The two companies have already confirmed the news in a joint statement Monday.
The purchase “will create the largest integrated world of technology company largely controlled by private,” the statement said.
The company “will be a leader in the highly attractive areas with high growth rates of the market of information technologies”, valued at 2,000 million dollars, “with complementary product strategies, sales teams and research,” the statement said.
