Secretary of State emphasizes national policy for science and technology – AngolaPress

According to João Teta, the National Strategy for Science, Technology and Innovation (ENCTI) is defined as a set of actions, goals and programs aimed at materializing the short and medium term objectives set out in the National Policy on Science, Technology and Innovation, fulfilling the vision and mission set.

The Secretary of State also considered that the ENCTI focuses on the general aspects of science, technology and innovation, and each introduce or insert socio-economic sector the sectoral strategies in the field of Science, Technology and Innovation (CTI) of expressed in accordance with the strategic policy and coordination mechanisms documents assumptions.

João Teta, who was speaking at the Second Consultative Council of the Ministry of Science and Technology, said that the ENCTI is based on the relationship between science , technology and society, which involves three areas of strategic action.
