It is intended with this project, according to a note posted today, Monday to ANGOP, in Mbanza Congo, Angola sensitize students to the study of scientific areas, as well as stimulating scientific knowledge by young people.
“A journey into the world of science, technology and innovation,” according to the document yet, is a socio-cultural program that integrates the presentation of plays in schools to demonstrate to young people that the areas of science and technology are very valid and should be considered for the choice of their occupations, future career options.
Approximately 100 000 students from 200 schools of the first cycle of secondary education across the country to be covered in this project education, a program that has a partnership with the Ministry of Education.
The program “A journey into the world of science, technology and innovation” has passed through the provinces of Luanda, Benguela, South Lunda, Lunda Norte, Malange and Cabinda.
In Zaire, the program will cover about 600 thousand students I secondary education.
