Trident iBeacon adopts technology to interact with consumers – Proxxima

Brand Collact supports startup in system installation premises to transform communications with customers

Trident has just signed a partnership with startup Collact, responsible for gathering establishments loyalty cards on a smartphone application. With the support of the Mondelez brand, the company will install the technology iBeacon 12 points in São Paulo. Thus, a person who likes chewing gum can receive a promotion while in the checkout line to pay. Consumers who purchase the Product in one of the establishments with the installation may raise further points to exchange for benefits in place.

Besides acting as interactive tool to retain customers and increase sales, iBeacon allows merchants to access information of customer behavior. The outlets participating in the action are: rockafe (colleges ESPM ESPM-Post, FGV, FMU Anhembi Morumbi and Vila Olimpia) and Benjamin Abraham (in Mackenzie, PUC, FMU Freedom, Uninove Barra Funda and Santo Amaro Uninove institutions, Gardens and beyond Morumbi) units.
