There are no doubts that technology is an important pillar in the development of a company, be it small, medium or large. Safety, agility and mobility are just some of the benefits brought by technological solutions, which have become, today, a strategic investment for business success. Study of Gartner, for example, points out that spending of Brazilian companies with technology reach $ 129.7 billion in 2014, an increase of 3.6% compared to 2013 Of this amount, $ 22.4 billion relate to costs devices (including PCs, tablets and printers) and $ 21.2 billion to the Information Technology services such as Outsourcing.

is no going back to business. Evidence of this trend are the projects of the Federal Government, as the Public Digital Bookkeeping System (SPED). Initiated in 2007, the measure is proposed to computerize the information exchange between the government and its taxpayers, establishing a more transparent and secure relationship on the contributions made correctly.
This year, the modernization achieves the labor area and will benefit everyone involved: business, government, and especially the workers. With eSocial, all labor, social security and tax data for employees and employers will be registered compulsorily in a single system. The process of registration of information follow the schedule set by the government and should be conducted from 2015 for large and medium enterprises. Already companies that calculate deemed income, Simple National immune or exempt entities, Microempreendedor Individual (MEI), farmers and other similar companies, such as autonomous, awaiting the setting of a date to begin the process.

After the implementation of the program, the exchange of information between companies and government will become simpler and less bureaucratic, allowing the government to compare what was registered and point out possible errors faster. In 2012, an audit of the IRS in 1% of national companies that pointed left to collect £ 4 billion by differences in data. It’s a scenario that may no longer exist.
Other benefits of the new system are the reduction of fraud and combating tax evasion and social security, especially those related to the National Social Security Institute (INSS) and the Fund Time Guarantee of Service (FGTS). The officer can monitor all your work history, and make sure that the company is collecting contributions correctly. It is, therefore, a major advance in the protection of worker rights and corporate transparency.

The arrival of eSocial also points to the need for a change in the organizational culture of companies and investment in information technology. Traditionally farthest technological solutions, the Human Resources (HR) need necessarily be interconnected to other departments of the company, especially the Financial. For micro and small entrepreneurs, the challenge seems even greater, given the difficulties of infrastructure and hiring of professionals specialized in IT management. In this scenario, the concept of cloud computing as well as BPO (Business Process Outsourcing), appear once more, as great allies of Brazilian companies. With these tools, companies can increase competitiveness and productivity, adapting, at affordable costs, to the new scenario proposed by the Federal Government.
