If you are part of the generation of the Millennials, or of the Centennials, then, you probably already have to help their parents, aunts, uncles or grandparents to understand the technology. And few are those who really feel pleasure in explaining to others something that for those who were born in the era of internet it is very natural.
A company in Los Angeles wants to change that: the HelloTech, a company’s technical support services, has entered into a partnership with the ARP, Brookdale, Front Porch and Ring to help the elderly to take advantage of better technology – in addition to get rid of those that are born after the 80′s of this task.
according To the HelloTech, while the population over 50 years is becoming more and more digital, 77% feel they need help with new devices, many prefer to have the support of another person than to have to search on the internet or in the manual of the product.
For now, the service only works in the United States, but the goal of the company is to expand its partnerships in order to increase your customer base.
