tech giant Samsung Electronics said on Monday that it has started producing chips using the technology of 10 nanometers, claiming to be the first company to do this.
Samsung said in a statement that a technology product that will be launched in the beginning of next year will use chips made with the technology of the production of 10-nanometer. The company has not revealed what would be the device.
The Electronic Times in South Korea, reported this month that Samsung is the only manufacturer outsourced the chip Snapdragon 830, designed by Qualcomm, which use the production technology of 10 nanometers.
