MWC15: The mobile technology which is written in Portuguese (from … – TeK.sapo

Among the eight pavilions of the Mobile World Congress and more than 1,900 exhibiting companies, 240 thousand square meters, it is not easy to find companies departing from Portugal to use the largest sector of the fair as a platform for release and dissemination of its solutions and technology.

The demand on the maps is difficult and a search by country shows only eight exhibitors, who after all are more. Are distributed among the various pavilions as the focus area, and with very different levels of investment, but again miss a Pavilion of Portugal that allows focus some of the small startups that do not have the capacity to invest more than 20 thousand euros in the MWC.

The TeK had already realized that they were entered nine Portuguese companies, exhibitors at the Mobile World Congress, but sharing space on the stand of Login.pt raises the number to 11, although after the decision not to take the stand was taken by Cardmobili again push back the number to 10.

They are therefore well counted eight stands with the Portuguese brand, to ten companies, but the influence of technology “made in Portugal” is much larger and extends to various brands, manufacturers and applications that also score points. And you have to add the many registered professionals who are visiting and with presence in Congress, at the fair and in business meetings and exploring new business.

Aptoide, Aveicelular, iMobile Magic / Phonenear, Login.pt, Streambolico, eBankit, Tech Fuzzin, TIMWE, We Do Technologies and WIT Software are companies with stand and living space this year, a number that fell due to the 2014 edition where we counted 14 Portuguese interests in exhibitors.

In all there is a common ambition to expand business and gain ground internationally, using the fair as a platform to get visibility and reach decision makers and the impressions of the first days are positive, because the movement and the pace of meetings is intense. All this makes the investment – which is high and more expensive in terms of trade – is compensated.

In the gallery below you can find some pictures of the passage of TeK stand by the Portuguese. More details about the products and first impressions of the fair follow shortly.

Here are the features that appear on MWC15.
