European shares rise on results of technology companies – Investing.com Brazil

SAO PAULO – European stock markets operate higher on Wednesday (20) with investors digesting good results from technology companies.

In Asia, the Chinese stock markets retreated with mixed signals from economic data increasing investor uncertainty amid prospects of more stimulus policies this year. The CSI300 Index, which includes the largest companies listed in Shanghai and Shenzhen, fell 0.33%.

The rest of the continent, conducting weighed earnings as a record number on Wall Street showed signs of weakening. The Japanese index closed down 0.25%, its first decline in seven days
