Tocantins presents attractive for investments in the fair … – Connection Tocantins

The Government of Tocantins through the Secretary of Economic Development, Science, Technology, Tourism and Culture (Seden), will participate from Monday, 25 to Friday, 29, in Ribeirão Preto, in the State of São Paulo, the 23th edition of the International Fair of Agricultural Technology in Action – Agrishow 2016. at the fair, representatives of the Strategic Development Board and Seden’s investment attraction will be releasing in business roundtables with the entrepreneurs of the sector the attractions of Tocantins investment as well as distributing information materials and advertising to attract new investment to the state.

According to information of the Strategic Development director and investment Attraction, Paulo Mendonça, this is the second time that Tocantins participates in Agrishow, one great opportunity to promote the state’s potential to attract new business investment and industries and achieve positive results. When she took part in 2013, the state made contact with approximately 200 industries of capital goods present at the fair, which has generated visits the same Tocantins today.

“The participation of Tocantins in Agrishow is a of the important strategies for attracting investors profile to establish the Tocantins and region Matopiba [which includes the states of Maranhão, Tocantins, Piauí and Bahia], especially agribusiness, with the supply of goods and services for the agricultural sector ” , considered Paulo Mendonça, noting that the event also brings concrete business opportunities with foreign exhibitors in the exhibition with business registration from various countries. The International Fair of Agricultural Technology in Action – Agrishow 2016 is one of the largest and most comprehensive trade fair, which has 440,000 m², about 160 thousand visitors, 71 countries, a highly qualified public.
