In a statement, Google said it believes that the decision of the São Paulo Court of Justice did not observe the peaceful jurisprudence of the Supreme Court on the matter, which recognizes the need for indication of the specific URLs content so that you can make removal. The Court also did not apply the Marco Civil Internet, which is the legal framework of matter and also determines the precise URL to allow removal. As a result, Google will appeal the decision.
