Social network wants to combat harassment.
Facebook is testing since November last year, a tool to combat the fake profiles. With this new feature of the social network all users will receive a notification whenever someone is using your name or your picture as your profile image.
If you happen you sense that someone is doing to pass by you or using your name or photo, this tool will enable quickly contact a Facebook team that will be responsible for removing the fake account.
with this feature, Facebook also plans to reduce the levels of harassment that thousands of women are suffering around the world because of false Facebook accounts.
