The US will implement a new technology in national cinemas, a multidimensional technology adapted to the cinema that allows you to have effects and sensations synchronized with the movie.
The technology, which reaches the rooms of NOs Lusomundo through a partnership with CJ 4Dplex Co, team each 4DX room so that are achieved over 20 different effects, “maximizing the feeling of involvement and integration in the film,” the statement released by the US.
The chairs are equipped with an electronic system allowing movements simulate numerous sensations like flying, falling, accelerating or braking. The room also allows to recreate environmental and contextual effects such as wind, water, rain, fog, aromas, among others, in perfect tune and sync with the onscreen images.
Currently there are more than 180 rooms movie 4DX in 37 countries and Portugal joins the list.
