They will be unavailable services: debit cards, ATMs and Internet Banking
The CEF said on Friday (14) that some of the bank service channels will be unavailable between 23h on Saturday (15th) at 7pm and Sunday (16) for a technology upgrade.
The goal, according to the bank, is to improve the quality and availability of services to customers.
During the period the following services will be unavailable:. Debit cards, upmarket, Banco 24 Horas, Internet Banking and Mobile Banking
In the last 6 days, Box computerized systems were down .
Agencies failed to meet the customers and had to open an hour early the next day to supply the service.
The lottery and self-service stations were also unavailable.
