The decision is in accordance with the agreement reached in June between Iran and the major powers over Iran’s nuclear program.
The decree signed today allows Russian companies dealing with Iranian companies for the supply of technological equipment to the central Fordo uranium enrichment and “restructuring and modernization” of Arak nuclear reactor.
The Russian companies will also be able to acquire enriched uranium in quantities exceeding 300 kg in return of natural uranium provided by Russia.
