Proposals that stand out in the area of ​​Science, Technology and Innovation

• To encourage greater international competitiveness of the C & amp system; T , creating conditions for attracting and developing talent to give Portugal a competitive advantage;
• To stimulate basic research and applied in very high quality, associating great selectivity funding programs and ambitious amounts to programs that allow the continued development of a diversified base of R & D + i;
• promote hiring researchers a lot of high quality consolidating the quality of R & amp; Portuguese D to allow the renewal of higher education institutions, improving its position as actors in the global space of higher education and competition for European funding;
• To support the doctoral education of excellence , either in broad-spectrum and high-quality PhD programs, either through individual grants to attract talents selected competitively;
