Minct holds 4th National Conference on Science and Technology – AngolaPress

According to a press release arrived today (Monday) to Angop, the event is an opportunity for Angolan and foreign researchers and actors of the National System of Science and Technology present the results of their investigations and provide a discussion on the challenges of scientific research in Angola.

The event, according to the report, carried out as part of the celebrations of the 40th anniversary of the proclamation of national independence.

4th conference, adds the note, will also make an assessment of the successful experiences of other countries in order to safeguard the comparative conditions likely to be applied in the search for solutions imposed by the current challenges of the country in the fields of science, technology and innovation.

According to the document, in the event it is expected about 300 people, including members of the Executive, domestic and foreign experts, United Nations representatives and the European Union, teachers, students and potential business investors.

Some emphasis will be given to researchers who come from countries such as South Africa, Botswana, Brazil, Canada, Cuba, Spain, USA, France, Mozambique, Portugal and
Zimbabwe.

At the same time and in the same place will open the 7th edition of the Inventor Fair and Angolan Creator (FEICA 2015) and associated events, including the International Fair of Ideas, Inventions and Products Valuation and Fair of Science and technology, with completion scheduled for the 13th.

In this part, the title of exhibitors, representatives from all provinces, between institutions of general and higher education, scientific research centers, enterprises and
individual exhibitors.
