The Itaú seeks professionals with experience in technology, startups or companies in the "dot com" to participate in their program-focused initiatives scan. Those selected will lead the project of digital transformation of the bank and, by implication, of the financial sector.
"We are seeking creative specialists, tuned in, and who have the entrepreneurial spirit to take on the challenge of working on digital projects of the bank," says Marcelo Orticelli, area director of people’s bank. "We want to find a professional Tech Culture, to help us create the future of the digital world", it adds.
The approved will begin their journey at the bank with two years of immersion, accompanied by the trainings done in partnership with the consulting firm McKinsey, in addition to mentoring. From then on, the expectation is that they can build their careers in the Ita.
