Group of 19 ambassadors of countries of the European Union (EU) is in Santa Catarina to participate, on Monday and Tuesday, the annual meeting of representatives of EU member states in Brazil. Diplomats have set an agenda for innovation and technology sectors, said the head of the EU delegation in the country, the Portuguese ambassador João Gomes Cravinho .
The official program begins second reception with the governor Raimundo Colombo in Sapiens Park , where there will be a presentation of the project and the Florianópolis innovation ecosystem.
In the afternoon, the group will participate in a seminar on technology and innovation, with the presentation of companies Welle Laser, Reason, and Nanovetores Kiwa BCS Brazil. There will also be visits to Innovation Acate Center.
Tuesday, the ambassadors go to the Federal University of Santa Catarina, where they will be greeted by the rector Luis Cancellier and also visit the Fiesc. President Glauco José Corte will present them Investe SC and the International Business Center.
For the weekend, the ambassadors have a more focused schedule tourism. Saturday, visit the Marine Mollusks Laboratory of UFSC and Epagri, which is the multiplication of oysters, and on Sunday will meet a craft brewery in Blumenau.
