Business technology-based startups have until June 27 to sign up for Innovative Brazil program, which provides training, mentoring and connecting with potential investors and partners. There are 300 vacancies for start-ups across the country.
Registrations are free and are available on Website ( http://zip.net/bhtkMm url shortened and safe). The program was created in 2013 by the current Ministry of Industry, Trade and Services, to support budding entrepreneurs with a good technology, but little knowledge of business.
This is the second cycle of acceleration of the year. The first edition in 2016 selected 300 start-ups from 21 states, among 1,372 submitted projects.
Who can participate
You can join start-ups that have innovative business with maximum annual turnover of R $ 3.6 million and have not received third-party investment (investor-angel, . investment fund etc.) over $ 500,000
The program provides training in innovative entrepreneurship, through courses and other activities; access to national and international mentors; connection with potential partners, investors and large companies; support for internationalization; and additional benefits for start-ups in other public programs and private partners.
According to the minister Marcos Pereira, the goal of innovative and increase the number of competitive Brazilian companies in the global market in the long run. “This is the fourth year of the program and are already several cases of successful start-ups participants, including some opening overseas market,” he said.
