Apple’s new program will encourage technology in schools … – Tudocelular.com

In an interview for Good Mornig America, ABC broadcaster Tim Cook, Apple’s current CEO, discussed the new school initiative your company with Robin Roberts. As well as many students and teachers, Apple is also preparing to resume the school year with everything and should further support the US public schools. The new program should include these schools in the list of who have full access to high-quality technology products.

Apple has even participated in the White House program’s connected, where through the initiative has published a series of subsidies which support such strategic – 114 schools are already helped by Apple in 29 states. Involvement in this initiative was detailed last year, with the company including Macs, iPads and Apple TVs in the classrooms. Lisa Jackson, vice president of environmental, political and social activities of Apple, is leading the company’s participation in the Connected.

You can watch the full interview on this page dedicated ABC. In addition to traditional incentives made by Apple for educational programs, the company must give iMac computers for the classrooms, suggesting that instead of introducing a new existing plan, Apple will bring its technology to public schools through the connected, which turns out to be much more advantageous and strategically fastest for the Cupertino company (and schools of course).

Apple’s move comes right at the time when the United States is planning to teach programming to their students. This, however, is a more advanced strategy that aims to satisfy the market demand for this type of professional in the country.
