The franchising network Rapid Fit&Well, present in Portugal since July 2015, has inaugurated the first centre of electro-stimulation, in Campo de Ourique. The event counted with the presence of a tv presenter Iva Domingues, brand image.
Manuela Moura Guedes, the tv host Luísa Barbosa and the actors Helena left-Handed, and Pedro Barbeitos were some of the public figures present at the opening of this new space.
Ambassador of the brand since 2015, Iva Domingues confesses that makes sessions of electro-stimulation two times per week accompanied by a personal trainer: "In just 20 minutes training the entire body with an intensity that I could not do only at the gym. Electro-stimulation works 350 muscles simultaneously and is the equivalent of a workout of 90 minutes."
Manuela Moura Guedes proved adept to this technology and that makes sessions of electro-stimulation two times per week with a training plan adapted. Pedro Barbeitos that, apart from the actor is an athlete of Ultra Trail Running, explains what makes these sessions twice a week: "The Rapid Fit as Well as complements a fast and effective workout plan for my sporting activity".
The opening also featured a session trial of which is electro-stimulation, accompanied by one of the certified professionals.
"For the Rapid Fit&Well it makes sense to open in Campo de Ourique. It is an area where there is this market offering an opportunity to continue our business expansion in Lisbon," explained Ricardo Onofre, representative of the brand.
