But so deplorable situation is not exclusive to Brazil, it is an evil that afflicts many other countries, even the members of the first world. Undeniable that technology is necessary and that it should expand it more and more. But before going into the merits of that comment, it becomes essential to externalize what is technology. According to lexicographers, it is the set of knowledge, particularly scientific principles craft that applies to a particular branch of activity. In other words, this complex and modern technology is the set of processes relating to an art, craft or industry.

This issue comes to light to be the favorite of those who, in defense of their political principles, criticize governments, blaming them indiscriminately by unstable employment then existing in the national context. And the statement is really a truth of nature.
