In the week following the International Women’s Day on March 8, students, entrepreneurs, programmers or just technology enthusiasts can participate in a series of free events organized in São Paulo. This is the Women’s Week in Technology, an initiative to promote the presence of women in the area.
From 9th to 13th of March, companies like Microsoft and Twitter will host practical meetings and open debates to women of all ages. The 1st edition of the event will also honor the British Ada Lovelace who, in the 19th century, became the first known programmer.
